A representative for Rockstar Games told Xbox Evolved that, "Rockstar won't have a formal presence at E3 this year. In the past we've setup private off-site demos, but I don't even believe that's in the cards for '09. I'll let you know if anything changes, but as of right now nothing is scheduled."

While it isn't unlike Rockstar to be low key it is unlike them to not try to make some kind of splash even if not directly during the show.
