Two of the top bantamweights in the world will meet in Las Vegas on Saturday, May 24, as TJ Dillashaw and Takeya Mizugaki have verbally agreed to fight on the UFC 173 card at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Winner of five of his last six, Dillashaw was in top-notch form once again in his most recent bout, a January win over Mike Easton. Mizugaki is on a hot streak of his own, winning four straight, including wins over Bryan Caraway, Erik Perez, and Nam Phan.

Lightweight up and comers Iaquinta and Clarke meet at UFC 173

With his teammate Chris Weidman already in the UFC 173 main event against Vitor Belfort, Long Island will have another representative in the Octagon on May 24 in Las Vegas, as rising lightweight star Al Iaquinta has verbally agreed to put his three fight winning streak on the line against Canada's Mitch Clarke. Clarke is coming back to the Octagon for the first time since a UFC 161 victory over John Maguire last June, while Iaquinta is making a quick return to action following his UFC 169 win over Kevin Lee in February.
