Semtex Update

Cage Rage world and British Champion (before it was disbanded) Paul "Semtex" Daley is currently in Holland at Mikes Gym (http://www.Mikesgym.nl) doing the two most intense weeks of training camp out here, with Melvin Manhoef, Rodney Glunder and more important Pedro Glazilla, from Brazilian Top Team, working on my wrestling and ground game, which has been my sticking in the past.
I'll spend another two weeks in Nottingham training before flying out to California, to take part in one of the biggest organizations in MMA, Affliction Trilogy, where the No. 1 and No. 2 heavyweights fight, and where I will be taking on Randy Couture trained fighter, Jay Hieron.
