You may have heard the buzz but we wanted you to be the first to know that it's official, Rock Band, MTV and Pepsi are teaming up to make you famous. Your Rock Band band has the chance to win your very own MTV Video Music Award. All summer long we'll be accepting video entries at pepsirockband.com, the best will be selected as official Nominees, voted on by the fans and we will crown a winner at this year’s VMAs. But, that's not all. To kick this contest off with a bang, Rock Band is launching a one-day only sweepstakes that will give you the chance to win a trip to the E3 Expo in Los Angeles to perform as the house band at The Beatles: Rock Band booth! It's easy, just make your video, upload it on June 2 between 12:01a EST and 6p EST and enter the E3 sweepstakes at http://www.RockBand.com/Pepsi. We will pick the winning band that night and fly them to Los Angeles the next day to attend E3 and perform at The Beatles: Rock Band booth. That's right, you could be one of the first people in the world to experience the new game.
