Ronaldo Jacare vs. Jason “Mayhem” Miller - No Contest

- Yellow Card to Miller for Soccer kick. Jacare bleeding.

- Cut on Jacare lead to No Contest.



Featherweight GP Quarterfinal Fights:

Norifumi “KID” Yamamoto vs. Joe Warren via split decision

- RD. 1
Kid and Warren exchange kicks, Warren clinches and lands several body shots. Kid reverses and lands his own strikes. Warren takes it to the ground and workd from Kid's guard. Minimal GNP from Warren, the ref moves them away from the ropes, Warren maintains control within Kid's guard. The ref stands them up, Kid bleeding, front kicks by Kid, Kid starts to strike and Warren looks to tie up, Kid continues to land kicks and strikes, Warren lands a few rights. Kid starts landing kicks, Warren clinches, they break, more kicks from Kid and Warren grabs one and takes him down. Warren does vey well and ends round 1 with GNP.

- RD. 2
Warren shoots but pulls up an lands a left hook, spinning backfist by Kid. Warren eats 2 shots and attempts a takedown, Kid defends and Warren gets the takedown, he works from Kid's full guard. Ref stands them back up, right hook by Kid, more strikes landed by Kid but Warren keeps coming forward. Warren with the takedown and GNP, the fight ends.




Masakazu Imanari vs. Bibiano Fernandes via unanimous decision

- Imanari given yellow card in Rd 1.

- Fernandes given tellow card in Rd 2.



Yoshiro Maeda vs. Hiroyuki Takaya via TKO - Strikes Round 2




- Intermission -

-Dream 10 is announced with Hansen, Aoki and Paulo Filho.





Abel Cullum vs. Hideo Tokoro via Submission - RNC Round 2

-RD. 1
Cullum lands a overhand right and Tokoro lands several kicks. Cullum gets a double leg takedown and Tokoro stands right up. Tokoro lands several strikes and Cullum is down, back up and Tokoro goes down but locks in the triangle. Cullum escapes and takes the back, lands some GNP. Tokoro reverses and lands his own GNP, Cullum reverses and gets into Tokoro's guard. GNP by Cullum, they both stand up and exchange strikes, Cullum gets the takedown and works from Tokoro's guard. They jockey for position and Cullum locks in the kneebar, Tokoro breaks it and hammers Cullum. They stand and clinch, Cullum slams Tokoro, Tokoro takes full mount and stands up. Cullum ends the round on top.

- RD. 2
Cullum catches a leg and gets the takedown, Tokoro reverses and mounts Cullum, side control now for Tokoro, GNP by Tokoro, RNC by Tokoro and Cullum taps!



Lightweight Fight:

Tatsuya Kawajiri vs. J.Z.Calvancante via unanimous decision

- RD.1
Exchanging Strikes to open, JZ lands a big right-left combo and Kawajirigoes for a takedown. JZ pulls guard and goes for the guillotine. Kawajiri works from JZ's guard, ref moves them to center ring, Kawajiri trying to pass and lands some GNP. Aoki in the corner of Kawajiri,side control now for Kawajiri. They stand and Kawajiri gets another takedown. Rubber guard by JZ, GNP by Kawajiri and the ref stands them. Kawajiri landing multiple strikes, JZ shoots and misses, knees by Kawajiri from the clinch. Kawajiri landing more strikes. Both fighters exchange as the round ens and Kawajiri gets a takedown.


- RD. 2
Brief exchange and JZ pulls guard, Kawajiri now in side control. Back on the feet, they exchange strikes and Kawajiri is landing at will. Kawajiri gets another takewdown, GNP by Kawajiri, JZ is in trouble, Kawajiri in side control as the fight ends.




Super Hulk Tournament 1st Round Fights:

Gegard Mousasi vs. Mark Hunt via Submission - Armbar Round 1

- Mousasi lands a right and Hunt is down, Mousasi moves in and secures side control. GNP by Mousasi and he goes for the armbar attempt and Hunt taps!



Jan “The Giant” Nortje vs. Sokoudjou via TKO - Strikes Round 1

- Sokoudjou looks for a takedown and clinches with Nortje, Nortje reverses and holds Sokoudjou against the ropes. Sokoudjou landing strikes, more kicks by Sokoudjou, Sokoudjou gets the takedown and GNP's Nortje out!! Sokoudjou lands several punches after the ref tries to end the fight.

- Sokoudjou talks some shit and Nortje's cornerman comes in and melee breaks out. Ray Sefo wants a peice of Sokoudjou.



Choi Hong Man vs. Jose Canseco via TKO - Strikes Round 1 ( Canseco tapped due to strikes)

-Canseco comes to the ring with no cornermen.

- Canseco lands a right hook, both fighters exchange strikes and HMC lands a knee and Canseco runs away. HMC knocks Canseco down and GNP's Canseco out.



Minowaman vs. Bob Sapp via Submission Round 1

- Sapp comes to the ring with Maurice Smith

- Minowaman shoots and Sapp lays on top of him, Sapp takes his back and lands some GNP. Minowaman reverses and is in Sapp's full guard. Minowaman goes for a submission and gets the ankle lock sub.
