Fight #7: K-1 Rules:
Badr Hari vs. Alexey Ignashov via Decision 3-0
- Iggy comes to the ring with a great attitude, smiling and looking to KO Hari for a second time, the badboy of K-1, Badr Hari comes to the ring wearing a KIA shirt and no handcuffs.
RD. 1 - Hari moves in right away landing punches, Iggy looks game though as he dodges some powerful strikes from Hari. They exchange low kicks and right hooks, Hari looks a little tentative nd Iggy has great head movement avoiding Hari's strikes. 10-9 Hari. The judges say 10-9 Hari.
RD. 2 - Hari throws Iggy to the ground from the clinch, Hari is landing big shots but they come one at a time as Iggy uses good foot work. Hari traps him in a corner and drops Iggy, standing eight count, fight resumes. 10-8 Hari. The judges say 10-8 Hari.
RD. 3 - Hari can smell victory and he front kicks Iggy to the canvas, more combos from Hari and he is control of this fight. Iggy not doing much, they exchange kicks and Hari slips and falls, Hari and Iggy talk some shit to end round three that was controlled by Hari.
Fight #6: K-1 Super Heavyweight Title Match: K-1 Rules:
Semmy Schilt (c) vs. Errol Zimmerman - Decision 3-0
- Zimmerman enters wearing his skeleton costume and seems very confident, the giant champion Semmy comes to the ring wearing a white gi.
- Golden Glory vs. Golden Glory. You got Saki & Overeem in Zimmerman's corner and Bas Boon in Semmy's corner.
RD. 1 - Semmy starts with leg and front kicks, Zimerman looks to close the distance and strike, Semmy buckles Zimmerman but Zimmerman comes backs swinging. More kicks from Semmy, Zimmerman having little success closing the distance. 10-9 Semmy. The judges say 10-9, 10-9, 10-10 Semmy.
RD. 2 - Semmy continues to push the pace and Zimmerman tries to respond with punches, Semmy moves in for the kill but Zimmerman escapes and lands some body punches and a left hook. Semmy lands about 5 body kicks. 10-9 Semmy. The judges say 10-9 Semmy.
RD. 3 - Zimmerman tries a couple superman punches, Semmy throws some high head kicks, left-right combos by Semmy. Semmy is still the aggressor and is scoring as Zimmerman looks for an opening. Zimmerman has fought well but he is being outclassed by the champion.
Fight #5: K-1 Heavyweight Title Match: K-1 Heavyweight Rules:
Kyotaro (c) vs. Peter Aerts - KO Round 2
- The Dutch Lumberjack comes out in his black & red plaid, the Champion Kyotaro enters the arena with his muay thai straps.
RD. 1 - Aerts looks to press and Kyotaro counters with leg kicks, they both continue to land combos. Kyotaro is backing up but not down and so far he is landing and Aerts goes down for a eight count. Aerts survives round 1 but hits the canvas as the round ends. 10-8 Kyotaro. The judges say 10-8.
RD. 2 - Kyotaro's speed is too much for Aerts and the champion continues to unload on the K-1 legend, Aerts is looking his age and Kyotaro knocks Aerts out with a big right hook.
MUSASHI Retirement Ceremony
- JLB presents flowers of achievement to Musashi in honor of his retirement.
- Musashi thanks everyone for the ceremony and the support that he received throughout his career and that he is very honored but the time has come when he could not perform to their expectations.
- Very emotional as he tells of the fears of fighting each match but a fighter must have a big heart and K-1 helped him achieve that and farewell. A moment of silence is given to mark the end of Musashi's career and he receives a standing ovation.
Fight #4: K-1 Rules:
Alistair Overeem vs. Dzevad Poturak - KO (strikes) Round 1
- Poturak looks very confident and as a war veteran he should but Overeem has the stare of a death statue.
RD. 1 - Poturak lands a few combos, Overeem is stalking, no clinching so Overeem throws some leg kicks. Poturak eats a right and goes down, standing eight count, fight restarts and Overeem looks for the kill and lands a knee puts Poturak on his back and out for the count.
Fight #3: K-1 Rules:
Jerome Le Banner vs. Tyrone Spong - Decision 3-0
RD. 1 - Spong not intimidated but JLB looks very aggressive, the old man matching the younger fighter punc-kick for punch-kick and JLB drops Spong. Standing eight count, Spong comes back with kicks and JLB lays on the punches but he can't knock the kid out. 10-8 JLB. The judges say....10-8.
RD. 2 - JLB gives the Spong a kick to the dick. Fight restarts, JLB continues the punch combos and Spong lands a flying knee but doesn't get credit for the knockdown. JLB throwing more strikes but he can't KO Spong. Spong working the leg kicks, knees and more. Probably 10-10. The judges say 10-10.
RD. 3 - Spong comes out trying to be the aggressor but JLB doesn't back down and he continues to press until a high head kick by Spong. Finally a knee by Spong to the chin of JLB but JLB doesn't back down and they continue to exchange but its to little to late for Spong. 10-9 Spong.
- The Voice cracks a joke about Jenna Jameson and her bra and Kogan says "Tito, if your watching I had nothing to do with that comment". LOL.
Fight #2: K-1 Rules:
Gokhan Saki vs. Singh "Heart" Jaideep - Decision 3-0
RD. 1 - Heart towers over Saki but Saki throws a high head kick early, Heart seems more calm as Saki is swinging wildly with some of his throws. Saki begins to find his range and starts landing at will, Heart is game though and works leg kicks and hooks. Saki takes the round though 10-9. Judges say 10-9 Saki.
RD. 2 - Heart tries to press the action in round 2, stick and move but Saki keeps moving forward. Heart bleeding from the nose, Saki landing big lefts and he throws Heart down. Saki is able to control the pace once again and should take the round again 10-9. Judges say 10-10, 10-10, 10-9 Saki.
RD. 3 - The beginning of round 3 is much like the first two rounds but we do see Heart backpeddle away from Saki who continues his assault. The taller man with greater reach has no answer for Saki's attacks and he will win this fight with great left hooks.
Fight #1: K-1 Rules:
Sergii Lashchenko vs. Takumi Sato - Decision 3-0
RD. 1 - Sato wearing the equivalent of shin guards on his right leg. Both fighters worked kicks and some head punches, probably an even round. Judges say 10-10.
RD. 2 - Lashchenko much more aggressive to start round 2, Sato is bleeding from the right side of his face, Sato begins an offensive and they both fire on as the round ends. Gotta go 10-9 Lashchenko. Judges say 10-9.
RD. 3 - Neither fighter showing any signs of quit but Lashchenko looks winded, Sato offensive but Lashchenko responds with multiple combos. Both fighters are tired as fuck but they continue to swing, activity in the hands of Lashchenko as he should win the fight.
